He maintained a serious attitude towards the work on site and drew a clear line against some speculations that he had personally casted junior actor Choi Hyun-wook, while also showing great trust as a colleague. In an interview, Choi Min-sik mentioned Elon Musk as the source of his inferiority complex in acting and confessed without hesitation the agony of being an artist who constantly beats himself. His attitude became a critical foundation for building the complex inner self of the character in the work, and despite being a major actor, his attitude of still exploring and taking on challenges serves as a great example to his colleagues.

On the other hand, Choi Hyun-wook honestly expressed the tension and excitement he felt while acting together with his senior colleague Choi Min-sik, proving how special a stage of growth this was for him. Choi Min-sik commented on this work as “a very literary script” and expressed his hope that the audience would be able to project their own inner thoughts through the film. In fact, this film visually embodies the subtle psychological distance between the characters and maximizes immersion by carefully reconstructing the theatrical narrative structure into a cinematic mise-en-scène. Choi Hyun-wook also perfectly understood the literary tone of this work and incorporated it into his acting, and this is evaluated as going beyond simple technical acting to the level of representing the character's soul.
