According to the prosecution's indictment, he had been in an inappropriate relationship with Kim Soo-hyun since the late Kim Sae-ron was a minor, and he constantly broadcast unfounded claims that the cause of her death was Kim Soo-hyun's pressure to repay debt. In particular, in this process, he showed meticulous manipulation of Kim Sae-ron's voice by using generative AI technology. The prevailing assessment is that the crime is very serious in that it went beyond simply spreading unconfirmed rumors and attempted to deceive the public by using technology to make up non-existent facts as if they were true.

Through this investigation, it has become more clear that the criminal acts committed by CEO Kim Se-eui are not limited to defamation. He was accused of violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act by broadcasting a photo that blatantly violated Kim Soo-hyun's privacy without permission, and was also charged with attempted coercion by threatening to demand a public apology from the victim under the pretext of additional exposure. Moreover, Kim Soo-hyun's repeated exposure of his real name and face and continued broadcasting of videos led to charges of violating the Stalking Punishment Act. This clearly shows a vicious crime pattern that goes beyond one-time criticism and indiscriminately crosses all kinds of legal taboos to socially bury a specific person.

After being transferred by the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office's Crimes Against Women and Children Investigation Division 2, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office Scientific Investigation Department's Scientific Investigation Department carried out a scientific supplementary investigation, including a detailed analysis of the recorded files, to prove that Representative Kim's claims were clearly fabricated.
